from June till August Ddring the summer season 1996 the building sites of the city opened their fences for the people and presented themselves as "Show Sites Berlin".

For 9 weeks each Saturday and Sunday an ample program took place on 8 open air stages around the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstags building and the Friedrichstrasse and others.
A great amount of Berlin cabaret artists presented in total 800 hours of performances in a rotation system changing location every 20 minutes.
